A minimum of three years of web and Digital Marketing experience is required.

In-depth knowledge of keyword research, including knowing how to identify the least inexpensive, yet most profitable keywords for sites, whether with pay per click (PPC) campaign or with organic search results

Experience with Web Site Development, such as CMS, landing pages, Microsites, basic HTML, etc.

Experience with email marketing programs, trade shows, and print advertising

Experience with Online Analytics, such as Google Analytics, Trends, Website Optimizer, and Keyword Tool

Generate high quality and targeted web traffic through campaigns such as SEO, pay-per-click, social networks, media sites, technical specialized sites, and industry blogs

Conduct search engine marketing analysis and optimization

Deliver hands-on pay-per-click (PPC) bid optimization with Google, Bing, Yahoo, and other second tier search engines, which include competitive research, keyword research, campaign structuring, ad copywriting, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting

Web Designer

Should be a creative thinker, independent in exploring ideas and direction with Strong design and visualization skills.

Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research.

Hands on Experience in Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator, In-design, etc.

Develop marketing materials for print and web including Advertisement Creation, Logo Design, Magazines etc.

PHP Developer

Hands on experience with PHP, MySQL (LAMP), Strong in OOPS, XML and HTTP fundamentals.

In-depth knowledge of one or more areas: front-end, databases, networking, distributed systems, web services.

Knowledge of JavaScript is a must.

Experience with an MVC application framework like CakePHP, Zend, Symfony, Laravel etc.

Knowledge of scripting languages like ruby or python.

Participating in a team-oriented environment to develop complex web-based applications.

Maintaining existing codebase, to include troubleshooting bugs and adding new features.

Converting data from various formats (Excel, ACCESS etc.) into developed databases.

Do proper documentation of the program and add technical requirements in the code.

Establishing projects from scratch or working on accessible projects.

Staying aware of security issues in PHP.

Knowledge of virtual machines will be an additional benefit.

Should have experience in creating and maintaining high-quality architecture and design documents including feature specifications, design specifications, flow diagrams and process diagrams.

Experience in design/architecture/developing web application targeting enterprise users.

Should be able to conceptualize the requirements and handle web development projects independently.
